Founder
Eduardo Cruz, CPA
Eduardo Cruz obtained his CPA license in 2011 and has been providing Public Accounting services ever since.
Eduardo Cruz obtained his M.B.A in Project Management in 2015. Prior to that, he acquired his Bachelor’s degree in 2003 in Business Management and Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
Always hungry to know more to stay ahead of the law’s frequent changes is Eduardo’s sixth sense. He assures his clients that every aspect of their business is in compliance with Federal and State laws.
He is personable and prides himself on his ability to provide peace of mind to his sometimes perplexed clients.
An additional skill of note is his bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. This has proven to be extremely advantageous to companies in industries where their labor force is predominantly Hispanic.
A notable achievement occurred prior to starting his own practice. He and a small legal team recovered 21 million dollars for The Jewish Community Foundation, after they had been defrauded by the now infamous ponzi scheme perpetrated by Bernie Madoff.
Mr. Cruz has represented clients large and small in a variety of capacities for nearly 20 years. He brings an exceptional level of enthusiasm, dedication, and nuanced perspective that makes his firm the holistic public accounting solution for his clientele now and for his future clients to come.
